Procedure for Admission to Rosena Preschool

Rosena Preschool (RP) provides enrollment opportunities to children regardless of economic or social class, racial or ethnic heritage, religious belief or family structure.

We currently serve children ages 3-5 and fully potty trained.

Steps for Admission:

​

Visit. Interested parents should schedule a tour of the classroom via the website or in person. Ask any questions or address any concerns you may have regarding the class.

Apply for admission. Return the completed application form and the non-refundable $10.00 application fee (per family) to the school.

​

Interview. After we receive your application we will contact you to schedule an appointment as follows.

• We would like the best environment for your child, therefore we would like to make sure that your child would be a good fit for our program.

​

Acceptance/Admission.

​

• Admissions decisions are based on an evaluation of the child’s application, interview, and the needs of our existing classes with regard to the capacity, temperament, and other classroom factors.

​

• If enrollment is offered to your child(ren), you will be provided with an enrollment contract. At that time a non-refundable $160 (class 1) or $120 (class 2) enrollment fee (which will go towards the last two weeks of class), per child, will be immediately due. Upon receipt of the enrollment fee, and signed enrollment contract, RP will hold a place for your child in our program. Once the enrollment contract is signed, you are contractually obligated to the school year’s tuition.

• If we determine we are unlikely to have an enrollment opportunity for your child, we will inform you in a reasonable amount of time.

• If a space is NOT immediately available, you may add your child’s name to our waiting list. We occasionally experience withdrawals and recommend families remain on the waiting list for a time before considering another option for their child(ren). Children on the waiting list for the current year must reapply for acceptance the following year, but the application fee ($10) is waived.

EARLY BIRD ENROLLMENTS FEES:

Class 1: M W F - $80/week
Class 2: T TH - $60/week 

Materials Fee for Summer Program: $40
